Return Policy

At TRENDiLiTY, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring a positive wholesale experience. To maintain product integrity and ensure fairness for all partners, the following return policy applies:

1. Return Eligibility

Return requests will be accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days of confirmed delivery, as verified by tracking information. All items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, and resalable condition, with original tags and packaging intact. Any merchandise showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or use—including but not limited to stains, odors, or removed tags—will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Defective Merchandise

If an item is received in defective condition, it must be reported to our customer support team within 3 business days of receipt, accompanied by clear photographic evidence and order details. We will evaluate the claim and, upon approval, offer a replacement or credit as deemed appropriate. Claims submitted beyond this timeframe may not be honored.

3. Return Authorization Required

All returns must be pre-authorized by our returns department. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please contact us at ask@trendility.com with your company name, invoice number, and detailed reason for return.

4. Shipping Costs and Liability

All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method and retaining tracking information, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Restocking Fee (if applicable)

In certain cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for returns that are not the result of a product defect. This will be clearly communicated prior to approval.

6. Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or part of limited-time promotional offers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
